Payment: All payments must be received before the scheduled class(es) per agreed-upon invoiced amount. Any changes in attendance will be adjusted/refunded separately for group classes. All fees associated with insufficient funds or returned checks will be the clients responsibility.

Clients taking a skill-only course must pay invoice at least 6 hours prior to start of class, otherwise client will lose their spot in the class and need to reschedule.

Any skill-only clients wishing to pay by check must contact billing@bigcitycprandmore.com at least 6 hours prior to start of class, otherwise client will lose their spot in the class and need to reschedule.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Big City CPR and More, LLC reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class due to an emergency situation (i.e., weather, illness, etc.) or low enrollment. Big City CPR and More, LLC will offer alternative dates/times for any class(es) that are cancelled.

Should a group client need to cancel or reschedule a class booked at their location, Big City CPR and More, LLC will require a 2-business day notice before cancellation/rescheduled of class; otherwise Big City CPR and More, LLC reserves the right to charge a 25.00 fee.

ADA COMPLIANCE POLICIES

Effective, January 26, 1992, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) bars discrimination against persons with disabilities in places of public accommodation. Title III of the law bars private entities (schools, banks, restaurants, social service agencies, offices, retail sales establishments, etc.) from discriminating against individuals with disabilities in the provision of their goods and services.
